Exciting Winter Schedule Updates

As many of you know, I earned my English teaching certificate in 2010, and have been teaching writing part-time at Saint Joseph College since then. Currently, I am thrilled to announce that I have accepted a long-term substitute English teaching position at Avon High School.

Naturally, this change in my daytime teaching schedule will affect my yoga teaching schedule:

I will no longer be teaching in Norfolk on Thursday nights. I am grateful for many lovely classes with kind, generous people in such a beautiful location. Oh, how those windows celebrate the afternoon sunlight!

I will continue to teach at the Health Food Corner on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. and Saturday mornings at 8:00 a.m.

Current YOGA schedule:

Health Food Corner
Tuesday 6:30 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 a.m.

HOLIDAY BREAK! No class: 12/24, 12/27, 12/31

Classes will resume on Tuesday 1/3.

Great news! No class on Saturday, December 3, 2011!

My nephew is on the way! The first weekend in December, I will be attending a baby shower in Baton Rouge, LA, for my beautiful sister, Lilly, her handsome love, Tony, pictured here, and their bundle of joy, Adan, who will be appearing soon. Stay safe and healthy. I'll see you soon!

Cindy & Joe: The perfect combination!

There will be no yoga class on Saturday, June 18, or Sunday, June 19, 2011. (But don't let that keep you from rolling out your mat:) My sister, Cindy, is marrying the love of her life, Joe, on Saturday, June 18! I will be joining friends and family of the future Mr. and Mrs. Meola to celebrate this joyful union. I hope you will celebrate your blessings, too!
